Have rainwater in my gas tank is there an item out there to put in to dry up all the gas?

One product is called HEET. It comes in a yellow plastic bottle.
It depends on how much rainwater you’ve got the tank. If it is a lot, you might want to siphon the tank, then fill it with gas to dillute it — then add the bottle of Heet.

I believe you can use some 90% isopropyl alcohol available at wal-mart or a pharmacy cheap. I’m pretty sure that’s all that HEET is. The alcohol will blend with water resulting in a lower evaporation point, where as the petroleum does not mix but forms a liquid barrier while keeping the waters evaporation point unaltered. Heet’s website says that it is methanol with corrosion inhibitors. Unless this was a regular event I don’t see why any 90%+ alcohol product wouldn’t be effective.

depending on how much water got in the tank if theres allot i would syphen it out and put fresh gas and put a little bit of methyl hydrate in it.
