Look at home drainage designs where a barrel is buried underground and filled with rock to prevent it from crushing inward. These systems are used to remove surface runoff and increase absorption rates. Also, look at septic system designs.

you cant harvest underwater. Look put up a tarp, connect it between 4 trees, then let it rain, next scoop out rain… boom its that easy.
